Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

These WordPress Stats are great, they reveal much.

Prior to June 13, probably 90% of the visitors to my blog were from USA. It shows the country.

After June 13, my viewers rocketed and became 90% Australian viewers and have remained that way, every day, since.

WordPress also shows the blogs that have been read, how many times and where from. Which is always interesting reading, as the same blogs, not even the most recent ones, are viewed.

The ones that are viewed continually, are the ones that I expected to be viewed the most, and all by Australian viewers. And I know why.

WordPress also shows whether the viewers are from internet searches, via WordPress blogs, or via Facebook links – and Facebook links is mostly how mine are accessed.

Very interesting. The WordPress stats are excellent.

So – hello all my Australian viewers, hope you are finding these very forthright, honest blogs, interesting.

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario
