Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

Narcissist ‘Christians’ breeding more the same. Dysfunction breeds dysfunction.

I know a ‘minister in training’ – doing one of those bare minimum, ‘be a minister fast track’ courses in ministry that supposedly then equates to ‘being a minister’.

Many church ministers are vastly undereducated and underqualified to be ministers/pastors, which is why so many teach so wrongly and Christianity is failing so badly, far too much.

This minister doing this ‘get to be a minister fast’ route, has a wife, who is a highly egotistical person, and a clear example of her ways was displayed recently – which other entitled types also consider appropriate.

At the school where my youngest attends, this woman decided the other day, instead of arriving early to park and pick up her 5 year old child, she would turn up at the school bell time, and pull in, right by zebra crossing, right outside the school gates, double parked, for several minutes, blocking up all the traffic.

All she needed to do, was drive further down, and park, get out and walk back up the road…..like everyone else.

But, nope, she decided to park illegally, and not give a second thought to all the traffic she was blocking, that were piled up all the way down the road.

Firstly, what a bad example to children watching this – illegally parking.

Secondly, what an entitled attitude, not remotely concerned how this was affecting others.

Thirdly, it was dangerous, because then all the banked up traffic, were having to drive onto the wrong side of the road, around the zebra crossing to get around her.

Fourthly, how bloody selfish and lazy can you be.

Fifthly, this a minister’s wife in training.

My husband, who is a cop, said she was acting like an idiot and said about her entitled attitude himself. If he had been on duty, he would have booked her. Other people were obviously annoyed too, but she had that ‘I don’t care’ attitude and look on her face.

I know this woman, this behaviour doesn’t surprise me in the least, I have seen behaviours like this, repeatedly.

Now, the ‘church’ these people are attend, are not a church, they worship themselves and their church, not Jesus. Jesus is fully shown to be a side line act, with the cross not even displayed in the middle of their ‘stage’. The ministers are ‘centre stage’. These ministers are also abusive narcissistic people – who’s behaviour has been defined as spiritually abusive, in writing by a highly trained Christian doctor/counsellor, who witnessed their abusive, lying, non remorseful, non repentant behaviour.

And these spiritually abusive narcissistic people are helping training this ‘minister to be’, who is on the ‘how to be a minister fast track’.

Is it any wonder, this minister to be’s wife, is a selfish, entitled, all about me, type person too.

They truly believe they are ‘above’ others and that they deserve special treatment and don’t need comply with everyone else. They make their own entitled rules. Narcissism.

You know what they say…..dysfunction breeds dysfunction.

Narcissists training up more narcissists.

Exactly what Jesus, does not want.

Satan’s happy though.

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  2. I , as a Christian see this all the time. I see it in cults that claim to be related somehow to Christianity but seem to want to delete the deity of Christ and make Him just a good man. I am truly amazed that people who have read scripture and know what and who it is really about, still try to cash out on God. As if….
They never last, they always crash and burn because they have no solid foundation on Christ. It is built on themselves and ego. False prophets and its all outlined in scripture. Not surprised just amazed to be living in these times. Good post!

    • Thank you for your message.
I am always so thankful, when I meet other Christians, who see all this.
So many refuse to see this, and yet are quick to condemn and judge non Christians.
Christianity needs to clean up it’s own back yard, before criticising others.
I want to raise awareness, not to criticise for the sake of criticising, but because I see the deeper harm and evil, narcissism and all these issues cause.
Spiritual abuse is far too common within Christianity.
Sadly, some of these ‘church’s are the biggest ones, the mega church’s. Growing church’s often does not mean God’s work is occurring, at all.
      Glad to meet you.
