When I started it, I would never have believed it would be viewed as much as it is.
Having been told most of my life, I am worthless, who would want to read about my life, my thoughts???
No-one surely…
Today, I will take it as a compliment and a testimony to my thoughts being worthy of reading after all, that so many choose to read my blog.
I cannot deny that the traffic on my blog, means some people do like what I write.
A huge thank you to everyone who has read any blogs and to all who have supported my blog, offered words of comfort and support, read all my many emotions, all my yucky trauma stuff and been so kind about it.
I truly appreciate, thank and value you all!
❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
And a big fat raspberry 😛 – to all those who made me feel worthless.
I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey.
I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more.
Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing.
Complex trauma produces complex adults.
The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle.

Your blog as such a deeper meaning than any doctor or health therapists could ever convey. To be personally in contact with an inspiring, sincere, genuine person who as time for people is a quality characteristic not many people have within them.
Thank you, I have heard exactly the same from many. Most sufferers find it more real from someone who personally knows and can express and voice it in a relatable way and has pychology and human behaviour understanding.
Congratulations!! My first year I had like 1000, I went months with only one or two people coming in. I was thrilled with those!!
You write from the heart and when people are hurting a lot of the time they don’t want medical jargon they want to hear from someone who has been there and can relate to them and they can relate TO.
Keep it up!!
Have you got Adwords? you could be making a bit of money off of advertising. You have to have 20,000 hits a month to qualify I think.
Thank, no-one is more surprised at the traffic on my block, as I am!
It blows me away, in fact.
I will look into adwords, purely as a potential source for funding my book being published, to help more.
🙂
