Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

It is clear this person is the same person, using different aliases, as sociopathic people do.

No boundaries, lack of empathy, entitlement to vent opinions about forgiveness in a highly inappropriate manner, no insight.

Let her vent away, embarass herself.

As was pointed out by Ali, use this as an example of what narcissistic, sociopaths do, when their ego’s are hurt with the truth.

The internet is sadly full of these abusive trolls, who don’t know when to shut up.

The troll will be gone, banned, reported when I am back on there.

Until then, ignore her and as someone said – don’t feed the trolls.

So far this woman claims to be a licensed therapist, a one woman charity and a literal genius. Wow. Narcissist! Grandiose self perception on full display.

I feel sad for her, she needs help.

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  1. You are probably exactly right, she probably does need help. I sometimes wonder about people who have a mission in life to bring others down or to pick on them. What is it in themselves that they are hiding from? You know? With all of your experience and knowledge you are probably the wrong person for them to go after. You’d think they’d figure that out by now. Stay strong and good for you for being the bigger person! God bless you sister.

  2. Yes, these unhealthy, abusive types all need help, but are also the least likely to accept that and the most likely to keep harming others in the process. And whatever their issues, they still make a choice to harm.

Yes, my experiences have given me greater understanding of why they do what they do and the affect their harm causes.

Whilst I have compassion for all, my wisdom knows the victims require the support and the abusive people need telling straight, as Jesus modelled. Takes courage to stand up to them, but I see clearly how Jesus did not tolerate, or ignore abuse and harm occurring, so neither will I.

Spiritual courage I have, to support the vulnerable, weak, hurt, oppressed. I don’t go along with the weak and useless ignoring, minimizing, enabling rubbish too many church people pretend is grace.

I have too much integrity and courage for that crap 🙂
