Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

Interesting – most read posts – are about deep insight into different types of abusers.

I am aware I have deep insight into abusive people, due to having the need to study them since I was a child, to survive.

I stick to what I know about and don’t claim to have knowledge into anything outside of my own personal insight and research, psychology knowledge.

My insight is about narcissists, sociopaths, psychopaths, paedophiles, spiritual/religious/church abusers.

I have been commended by many mental health professionals, on this insight. I’ve had many let me know, they direct people to this blog, to see my insight to help their clients understand what has happened to them.

I realise my life has gifted me into extensive understanding of abusers, why the do what they do, how they do it, why so many people don’t see it, and the damage their abuse causes and how to spot, detect them – which has proven very accurate, repeatedly.

My own doctor/counsellor and previous counsellor, have both stated my capacity to spot them and know what they are doing and why, is way beyond your average person. My doctor even confirming my capacity, is beyond hers. And confirming I have a very old soul, wise part of me.

I will be publishing about all this in the future, because I see it is a gift I have to offer others.

I want society to understand not to under-estimate abusers, their knowledge that what they do is wrong, the harm they cause and not to minimize any of this.

I’m pretty O V E R ‘perpetrator protecting’, ‘victim blaming’ and ‘minimizing abuse’ ‘re-traumatising victims’ – I see very clearly occurring everywhere, particularly in organised Christianity and I know that abuse will continue and continue increasing, if more people don’t stand up and speak. and not to encourage hatred, or revenge, or retribution – but with a heart desire to reduce abuse, support abuse survivors and help raise awareness.

Most of society have no clue what a narcissist is, what they do, how etc. So, have no clue as to the damage they cause. Most have no understanding of how many psychopaths are around and how they harm many. Society should be aware.

Most church people have no clue how many church people/ministers are sociopaths/narcissists.

And this needs to be understood more – purely because abuse of all types is INCREASING and this is not okay.

And I know it is part of my journey, my calling, my faith, my need to help others in any way I can and speak about against all that is wrong, I see clearly occurring.

I will no doubt encounter resistance from others, from certain society types, from abusive religious types.

I don’t care. My integrity, honesty and courage have always been greater than any abusive persons capacity to bring me down. Praise God.

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario
