Honoured to receive support from best seller author of ‘The Smart Girl’s Guide To Self Care

I came across Shahida Arabi’s blog and kindled her book a few days ago. I am blown away with how similar our insight, thoughts and views are. It is not often I find kindred spirits.

Shahida’s blog here on WordPress, is amazing see https://selfcarehaven.wordpress.com/ and has over 1.3 million views due to how insightful and valuable her work is, and it is supported by many mental health professionals and clinicians too.

I am blessed to have her support in return with her feedback via twitter to me “She is wonderful! 🙂 I am grateful there are people like her in the world who genuinely want to help others.

And via Facebook “Grateful for the Healing From Complex Trauma and Ptsd/cptsd blog which helps to validate and heal survivors of trauma every day. I am honored that it has featured my book as a recommendation on its award-winning website!

I have Shahida’s best selling book on my website and I will be promoting her blogs as I know they help many. Continue reading
