Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

Honoured to receive support from best seller author of ‘The Smart Girl’s Guide To Self Care

I came across Shahida Arabi’s blog and kindled her book a few days ago. I am blown away with how similar our insight, thoughts and views are. It is not often I find kindred spirits.

Shahida’s blog here on WordPress, is amazing see https://selfcarehaven.wordpress.com/ and has over 1.3 million views due to how insightful and valuable her work is, and it is supported by many mental health professionals and clinicians too.

I am blessed to have her support in return with her feedback via twitter to me “She is wonderful! 🙂 I am grateful there are people like her in the world who genuinely want to help others.

And via Facebook “Grateful for the Healing From Complex Trauma and Ptsd/cptsd blog which helps to validate and heal survivors of trauma every day. I am honored that it has featured my book as a recommendation on its award-winning website!

I have Shahida’s best selling book on my website and I will be promoting her blogs as I know they help many.

This is two of so many, I know truly help people… and I have shared them on my Facebook page.

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  1. I just came across this older entry from seeing “similar posts” on your dedication post and just had to leave a comment! Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement Lilly! It is very serendipitous that our paths crossed and that you also shared the very posts that are so important to me. ❤ ❤

    • Yes, I think it is serendipitous our paths crossed and I knew the importance of your work, a year ago. I was so thankful to be able to share your posts and book then, and I don’t do that often.

I only share work, I know is genuine and I believe will help others in a meaningful way.

      Blessing, my friend ❤ ❤
