Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

Interesting to see someone else state Cardinal Pell is sociopathic & everything else I already knew.

Just watched 60 minutes and the man personally appointed by the Pope to deal with child sexual abuse within the Catholic Church…. and hear him say exactly what I have already worked out….

He described Pell as sociopathic, lacking in any empathy, or conscience, a known and proven liar, capable of showing absolutely no remorse, lie effortlessly etc and treat abuse victims in a completely disgusting (sociopathic) way. And clearly Pell knew of abuse by priests and supported them and enabled them.

I agree with this man appointed by Pope Francis, state Pell should be facing legal action/consequences and needs removing from any position of authority immediately, by the Pope. And if the Pope has any balls and conscience, he will.

People should not doubt my capacity to spot a sociopath/psychopath, or doubt my capacity to spot a liar, abuser enabler/supporter. Pell is just one of many I have detected, that are obvious to me……. yet so many will choose to consider as something different.

I can easily spot people with no empathy, no remorse, no conscience, no guilt, and their capacity to harm others and pathologically lie in the process.

When you know the facts – that 1 in 25 men are psychopaths/sociopaths (as per experts in personality disorders)……… and you have the horrendous experience I have of them…. it can become easier to spot them and have discernment that most people fail to have.

And I will always be on the side of victims of abuse. Because so few people are. Especially church people.

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario
