I relate.

lies are still lies

People generally prefer lies. Especially about self.

Lies are easier to live with. But, they never

lead to growth or maturity.

a year can change u2

It sure can. Upon reflection over the last 12 months,

and all I have had to process, I see how much

growth and healing has occurred.

Praise God!

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  1. I have a new therapist. when I told her about the things my sister has done. she said they were SINFUL. You know, I never thought about it that way. One time she added her name to my property with OUT giving me any money and did not want her husband to know. I finally got her name removed. When therapist said Steeling property is sinful…….it was eye opening. I have been brainwashed for so many years…..antisocial, sociopath dressed like church lady.
