Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

A journey to healing from complex trauma.

When the load is too painful & too heavy to carry.

The reality of my past and my present, is sometimes too painful to endure. I have days, still, where the load is too heavy to carry.

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle.

  1. I was severely abused as a child and grew up in a family of five boys and my sister and I. I was placed in a parenting role as yourself and suffered and still suffer from what I experienced as a child. I tend to also be a light it seems for fly-like toxic people who blame me for my acute reactions to their abuse as I think anusive people can sense those who have been victimized. I really resonate with your blog and your journey and want to thank you as it is very much a salve to my spirit and getting clarification into how my childhood has stolen from me and trying to get over the anger I feel. If you ever need to talk or just for anything feel free to reach out anytime.

    Much love on your journey,
