Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  3. Hi Lilly,

I just wanted to enquire if it’s OK to use your image above : Differences between PTSD / Complex PTSD, or to adapt it by just sending the info within it. As I would like to send it to : the mighty.com
To ask them if they might post more articles on the subject on their site also. They do some about PTSD at the moment. Can you advise me as I don’t want to send anything you don’t want of yours to other people/ places/orgs etc
I was thinking it would be good to have more out there about C-PTSD and the image explains the differences well xx

PS: Also, I wanted to say Thank You ~ for creating your Website + Fb site .
I only found them recently + for the first time in 50yrs I have found something to help me start to make sense of my life, thank you for being an encouraging voice that is further ahead. You are very brave and your positivity brings me hope and is an answer to prayers xX
