Talking about the abuse, suffering and harm caused by people with personality disorders – is NOT increasing ‘mental illness stigma’.

Do not dare to try to silence abuse survivors as this is more abuse.

Personality disorders are not an excuse to abuse people.

I do not promote hate, revenge or retaliation – but I do promote the truth about how heinous their abuse is to endure.

Many victims kill themselves due to their heinous abuse. And some victims are killed by these personality disordered people.

The abuse must be discussed.

And info about these people so victims won’t be targeted again.

Author: Healing From Complex Trauma & PTSD/CPTSD

I am a survivor of complex and multiple trauma and abuse, who at the age of 40, began my healing journey. I am using my journey to recovery and healing, to help others, to help survivors feel less alone, validated, encouraged and to enable others to understand themselves more. Complex trauma, particularly from severe, prolonged childhood abuse, is profoundly life changing. Complex trauma produces complex adults. The journey to recovery is a painful, often lonely, emotional daily challenge and it is my aim to encourage others in their daily battle. ~ Lilly Hope Lucario

  1. There is no excuse to abuse anyone… period! No one deserves to endure such trauma regardless who the person is. Abuse is a horrible thing to survive and takes an effort to rise again after years of it.

    • I agree. I wrote this poster because I have been targeted by toxic people who want to shame me for speaking up about personality disordered people – claiming I am increasing mental health stigma.
Which is such BS and so typical of their toxic and malicious need to silence victims.
I see straight through their toxic motivations and will not be silenced.

  2. I am so grateful that you constantly and consistently state the truth that abusers are ALWAYS 100% accountable for what they CHOOSE to do to others!!!
    There is NO excuse!!
I experience healing whenever I read the posts like this one.
