A journey to healing from complex trauma.

Someone is trying to hack my Twitter accounts and email.

Within the last week, I have had notifications from Twitter (over 20), about both of my Twitter accounts having attempted hacking. Then had notifications about my personal email being attempted to be accessed and how to deal with this.

I’ve needed to change my passwords for all. And I will continue to keep changing my passwords frequently.

It is clearly a personal attack (as it is my personal email address, which only those who know me, would know) and with malicious reasons, for wanting to hack my accounts. I wonder what they intend doing if they were successful in hacking my accounts?

There are not many who know my personal email. So, it is easier to work out who it may be. Continue reading

Proof of intentional cyber bullying and abuse.

I recently reported a PTSD page to Facebook, for (multiple) theft of intellectual property, which was from both my page and website. I had every right to do so, especially as they refused to take down the work which had my page/website details removed and work had been copied from my website, and no source given, so they passed it off as their own. Facebook, confirmed theft of intellectual property.

As a result of this, I received considerable cyber abuse, trolling and harassment.

This is proof of said abuse. This stolen poster was removed by Facebook when I reported it, as it clearly was stolen. This woman’s behaviour and actions are also slander and defamation.

This was my original poster, created in March 2015.

I updated this recently to add my page name, due to people stealing my posters and removing the page name at the top.

I received this post to my page recently and Ashley Garrison, posted this to many posts on my page, in a deliberate act of abuse, lying, accusations, and bullying.

This shows a watermark she added, and then accused me of stealing. There is no way I could have removed that watermark, to steal that poster. And I have many posters, with the same picture, same font on the writing on my page. It is clearly my poster. It was written by me, my words, my picture. And she intentionally added a watermark and then accused me of theft, which is exactly what she did herself. Narcissistic projection, intentional abuse, lying and harm.

Pathetic.

Facebook removed this poster and confirmed it was theft of my intellectual property. Fullscreen capture 28062015 33856 AM  Continue reading

Until Facebook add a ‘read only’ function for pages, my page will remain down.

Due to the daily stress and anxiety of having to deal with unnecessary, abusive comments and trolls, I had to deal with on my page, I closed it a week ago. I don’t need, or deserve the added stress and anxiety it brings.

There are far too many people on the internet who feel absolutely entitled to be nasty, twist what you write, get abusive, make accusations, name call, vomit up their anger and darkness – onto others. Disordered and dysfunctional people – make social media their playgrounds for trolling and venting/projecting their own issues onto others.

After more than two years of this and some serious cyber bullying/abuse, I’m really fed up with such behaviours and worrying about these comments affecting other community members – who may be very fragile and possibly suicidal.

The internet is not a safe place. And I’ve noticed even celebrities are stating the same – for all social media platforms.

So until Facebook bring in a function to disable comments, I may not re-activate my page.

Which is a shame, because my page was the largest on Facebook dealing with complex trauma/Complex PTSD. It did help many and was a way of reaching more people, writing for those who are not trolls/abusive, and sharing blogs posts – that do help people.

But the cost, was too great.

Dr Phil “Internet trolls are sick, demented & evil people”. I agree.

I am always glad when some mental health professionals are willing to say it as it really is. Internet trolls, are something Dr Phil’s states he hates.

I’ve been trolled over the last 2 years, by sociopaths, paedophiles – been told to go kill myself, had hater pages set up about me, and had continual abuse from very unhealthy people and I am tired of it. One of several reasons I am no longer running my Facebook community page.

There are deep psychological reasons why people becomes trolls, but they still know what they are doing is wrong….. because they do it under fake and anonymous profiles.

And the harm they cause is terrible, far too often resulting in suicide, severe depression etc.

Online abuse, trolling, is severe abuse……. not just ‘bullying’ which really minimizes what it really is.
